Breakfast before daily activity is very important for physical fitness. So, what is the best breakfast menu?

The best breakfast menu  will help us to have a strong physical resistance during acitivities. Research conducted on school children showed that school children without breakfast are low concentrations in learning.

Why is it important breakfast habits? Because the stomach has been abandoned by the food for 10-12 hours, so when the stomach repopulate the blood sugar levels will rise again and this situation affects a person's work productivity.

Sugar in the blood is a source of energy for work derived from the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. With breakfast, the energy source that can be readily obtained blood sugar levels back to normal. Normal blood sugar levels are 80-120 mg%.
